چکیده
Molecules are dynamic entities, and understanding intra- inter-molecular reactions changes in conformation is one of the most fascinating, important complex subjects NMR. Conformational chemical result observed spins exchanging between different magnetic environments, sensitivity NMR spectra to such processes has been recognised since earliest days field. Careful analysis spectra, acquired using one- or two-dimensional experiments, can provide insight into structural, thermodynamic, kinetic mechanistic aspects underlying exchange process. The theoretical principles these lineshape methods will be introduced this article, alongside a practical discussion calculation methods, data acquisition software.

Two-Dimensional NMR Lineshape Analysis
NMR titration experiments are a rich source of structural, mechanistic, thermodynamic and kinetic information on biomolecular interactions, which can be extracted through the quantitative analysis of resonance lineshapes. However, applications of such analyses are frequently limited by peak overlap inherent to complex biomolecular systems. Moreover, systematic errors may arise due to the analys...

15 صفحه اولIntroduction of a Novel Two-Dimensional Equation of State to Predict Gas Equilibrium Adsorption in Highly-Nonideal Systems
Abstract The accurate calculations of adsorption equilibrium for multicomponent gas systems are of great importance in many applications. In this paper, five two-dimensional equations of state 2D-EOS, i.e. Van der Waals, Eyring, Zhou-Ghasem-Robinson, Soave-Redlich-Kwong and Peng-Robinson, were examined to find out their abilities to predict adsorption equilibrium for pure and multi-component ga...
متن کاملAnalysis of High-order Approximations by Spectral Interpolation Applied to One- and Two-dimensional Finite Element Method
The implementation of high-order (spectral) approximations associated with FEM is an approach to overcome the difficulties encountered in the numerical analysis of complex problems. This paper proposes the use of the spectral finite element method, originally developed for computational fluid dynamics problems, to achieve improved solutions for these types of problems. Here, the interpolation n...
